Le Clos Bellevarde

Individual chalet of 85m2 arranged on 2 levels (on the 1st and 2nd floor), facing the Mont-Blanc massif, and overlooking the village of Les Houches.
The chalet is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to the owners' house (which includes another gite). Two owner garages are present on the ground floor of the chalet.
Entrance on the 1st floor by external staircase: entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, sofa, wood stove), shower room (shower, wc).
2nd: three bedrooms (each with: 1 bed 140x190cm + 1 bed 90cm, TV), bathroom (shower + whirlpool bath), separate wc.
Balcony, terrace with awning, garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs. Garden with children's games, private outdoor SPA.
End of stay cleaning, towels and sheets are included (beds made on arrival). Wi-Fi Internet.
Parking on site in front of the chalet. Ski room. City gas heating (underfloor).
Les Houches Tourist Office, shops, and shuttle stop 300m away. Bellevue cable car 800m (access to ski area in winter, hikes and Mont-Blanc tramway in summer).
Center of Chamonix 10 minutes by car (9km). Animal park of Merlet at 6km (mountain fauna).
Many hikes to practice on the sector all seasons.
Italy via the Mont-Blanc tunnel 30 minutes away, Switzerland via the Montets pass 30 minutes away.
