It's a first accessible to all, starting with a discovery of the rich history of a high mountain town, followed by an ascent aboard a mythical cogwheel train, then a descent into the heart of a glacier. What an expedition!

Morning drive to Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, with commentary in the coach. Visit this high-mountain town and discover its rich history.
At lunchtime, you'll take the cogwheel train up to the Montenvers site at an altitude of 1913 m. A breathtaking panorama of the Mer de Glace glacier, the Drus and the Grandes Jorasses.
Option to dine at the Montenvers restaurant or in the center of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
In the afternoon, visit the Grotte de Glace and the Glaciorum: the Mer de Glace, its formation, history and future evolution.
